Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Custom-made, personalized, or final-sale items are not eligible for returns.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was incorrect or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, please send us photos within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.
Refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days after approval.
