Refund Policy
We want you to absolutely love your Ventinots purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Custom-made, personalized, or final-sale items are not eligible for returns.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was incorrect or defective.
- If your item arrives damaged, please send us photos within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.
- Refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days after approval.
