Our products are manufactured by craftsmen in Pakistan and fulfilled from our warehouse in Texas, USA.

Products are offered subject to availability. Because many of our cowhide rugs are hides with unique characteristics a specific listing may sell out and may not be restocked with an identical piece. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order we will notify you. Offer a refund, exchange or alternative option.

Because our cowhide products are made from natural hides some variation between the written description and the physical product should be expected as a normal characteristic of the material, not an error in the listing.

Natural Product Variations

Because Ventinots sells cowhide rugs and leather goods made from natural materials every piece is unique. Before purchasing please understand the following:

Markings: Each hide has its spot pattern, color distribution and shape determined by the individual animal. No two hides are identical within the same color category (such as tricolor or salt and pepper).
Color variation: Natural hide color can vary in tone. Shading across a single rug and between rugs of the same listed color.
Hair. Texture: The direction and texture of the hair can vary across areas of a hide. This is a feature of genuine cowhide, not a manufacturing flaw.
Size variation: Because hides come from animals exact dimensions can vary slightly from the listed measurements. Listed sizes are approximate unless otherwise stated.
Edge and shape irregularities: hides may have slightly irregular edges or shapes reflecting the natural form of the animal rather than a factory-cut template.

These characteristics are inherent to cowhide and leather products and are not considered defects. They are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.

Product Photography

We photograph each rug before it is listed and the rug shown in the listing is the exact rug you will receive unless otherwise stated on the product page. Photos are taken to represent the product accurately as possible; however minor differences in color or shade may occur due to lighting conditions, camera settings or individual screen and monitor calibration. We do not guarantee that colors will appear identical on every device.

All prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be. Added at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws.

If a package is returned to us due to an address additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund Policy, which’s available separately on our website. Refunds are generally issued to the payment method once a returned product has been received and inspected.

If you would like to exchange a product please contact our customer service team. Exchange availability depends on product stock since many of our cowhide rugs are individually photographed, one-of-a-kind pieces.

Genuine cowhide and leather products require care to maintain their appearance and durability over time. General care guidance is provided on our product pages and in our care guides. Damage resulting from care such, as excessive moisture exposure or harsh cleaning products is the responsibility of the customer.

Use of Products

Our products are meant for the uses mentioned on the product page like rugs for floors or decoration and bags and accessories for use. Using a product in a way that’s not its intended purpose might make it wear out faster and that is not the responsibility of Ventinots.

Account Registration

You might have the possibility to make an account on our website to keep track of orders and save information for later. Making an account is not needed to place an order.
